SLT Vintage Presents 1957 Kay K4144 Sizzler w/ OG Geib Case

This 1957 Kay K4144 Sizzler (and other year Sizzler) model has a unique significance in Kay’s line up. They represent the final neck-through body design and the only neck-through with a maple fretboard. These are fantastic instruments and can accompany many genres of music. Aside from toggle switch, this Sizzler is 100% Factory Stock. Features include; Pro 25 3/4” Scale; Highly Resonant Maple Slab Neck-Through Design; 6lbs; L-37”, D-1 1/2”, W- (lower bout) 13 7/8”; 1 5/8” Bone Nut; 2” at 12th; Kluson Deluxe Tuners; Maple Fingerboard on a Slightly Flattened Medium C Neck .893” 1st Fret, 1.270” 12th; .088” Fret Wire; Compensating Maple Bridge; TWO Gorgeous Sounding Kay Pancake Pickup sporting 6k Output; Stunning Plextone Finish with Black Lacquered Neck; K-Shaped Signature Pickguard.

Action is currently 1/16th first to 1/8” twelfth. Frets in great shape. It intonates perfectly and all notes sing over the entire course.

This 1957 Kay K4144 Sizzler exhibits finish wear. The detailed photographs sum it up for you. Slight marring on first position maple fingerboard.  Silver knob coating is wearing. The original 3-way pickup toggle switch was completely shot and replaced with a new 3-way toggle.

Original Geib SSC is in decent condition with crack on lid body area and some stitching missing on top near base.

1. Delivery and Delivery Failures

  • Digital-Only:
    We currently offer Digital Gift Cards (E-Gift Cards) only. No
    physical cards will be mailed.
  • Instant
    Delivery:     Once payment is processed, the E-Gift Card will be sent to
    the recipient’s email address provided at checkout. This usually
    happens within minutes.
  • Incorrect
    Email:     SLT Vintage is not responsible for gift cards that are
    undeliverable or not received due to an incorrect email address entered by
    the purchaser.
  • Tip:
    Always double-check the recipient's email address before completing your
    purchase.

2. Redemption and Account Linking

  • How
    to Redeem:     To use your gift card, enter the unique code in the
    "Gift Card or Discount Code" field during the checkout process.
  • Partial
    Balances:     If the total of your order is less than the value of the
    gift card, the remaining balance will be saved for future use and can be
    accessed using the same code.
  • Stacking:
    Gift cards can be used in conjunction with discount codes and
    during site-wide sales unless otherwise stated.

3. Security and Fraud

  • Lost
    Codes:     Digital gift cards should be treated like cash. If you lose
    your gift card code, please contact info@sltvintage.com immediately. We
    can only resend the code to the original purchaser's email address.
  • Unauthorized
    Use:     SLT Vintage is not responsible if a gift card is used without
    your permission.
  • Verification:
    We reserve the right to delay the delivery of an E-Gift Card for up to 24
    hours to perform standard fraud verification.

4. Returns and Cancellations

  • Order
    Refunds:     If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund
    will be credited back to the original gift card code. If you used
    multiple payment methods (e.g., gift card + credit card), the credit card
    is typically refunded first, followed by the gift card.
  • No
    Cash-Out:     Digital gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, or redeemed
    for cash, except where required by law.

5. Expiration and Fees

  • No
    Expiration:     Our digital gift cards never expire.
  • No
    Fees:     There are no service fees or dormancy fees associated with your
